Sally Williams
Sally Williams is a much loved and versatile television presenter. A former international model, Sally has been present in our lounge rooms touching the hearts of Australians for many years as the face of many high profile advertising campaigns and also as the host of New Idea TV, The Focus Series Special Editions, Building Your Dreams, What's Cooking and Ernie & Denise.
Sally truly stamped her mark on the world as the pioneer of a new wave of television advertising. She attributes it's remarkable success to continuous, regular and genuine connection with the audience as well as the personal communication of accurate, valuable and reliable information. Sally feels privileged to have been able to build this trust over time and truly values being able to present her audience with informed choices. In fact from her audience feedback it appears Sally has become the "consumer's lifeline to the commercial world...trusted and respected".
Sally balances warmth, honesty, and down to earth qualities with professionalism, focus and a drive to maintain her own high standards. Sally's energy is infectious and the magic she brings to the screen is abundantly present both on and off the camera. Sally's passion for her work also extends into her personal life. She feels extremely fortunate to share her lively household with her husband and teenage twins, and is enjoying the constant challenge of juggling work, life and new opportunities.
"Making your choice clearer" - Sally is proud to be the face of SMG Red's Focus Series and is very dedicated to her role. She is enjoying watching the concept develop and grow and loves how it continues to build on all the work she has done to date.
Outside of her Focus commitments, Sally is putting pen to paper (yes she is an old fashioned girl!) and developing ways to further share her thoughts, insights and experiences providing even greater connection with her wide ranging audience. She is learning to embrace new forms of media and combine them with what she knows best - being on our telly!
